Step 1: Unlock Developer Mode
Amazon hides the necessary technical options by default. You must manually reveal them:
1. Navigate to Settings (The Gear Icon) on the far right of your Firestick home screen.
2. Select My Fire TV.
3. Select About.
4. Highlight the exact name of your device (e.g., Fire TV Stick 4K) and click the center select button on your remote exactly 7 times until a message pops up at the bottom saying: "No need, you are already a developer."
5. Click the back button once. You will see a brand new menu available called Developer Options. Open it.
6. Select Install unknown apps (or Apps from Unknown Sources) and ensure it is toggled ON.

2. Type Downloader and select the bright orange icon.
3. Click Download and then Open.
